Quantum World Congress 2026 - Volunteer Opportunities!
The Quantum World Congress is taking place from September 22 - 25 at the Hotel at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. The Congress is seeking volunteers 18 years and older to work with them in various capacities during the conference. In return, they will provide complimentary access to QWC (valued at $1799) to be enjoyed when volunteers are not working shifts.
Volunteering at QWC is a worthwhile time commitment as volunteers will have the opportunity to -
- Gain valuable experience in large-scale event planning and logistics
- Develop soft skills in communications, event planning, and organization
- Learn about the cutting-edge field of quantum
- Experience world-class talks from leaders in the field. The 2025 program featured 100+ sessions from over 300 speakers
- Gain valuable connections when you network with leaders and pioneers in industry, academia, government, finance, philanthropy, and community organizations. QWC 2025 attracted over 2000 attendees representing over 30 countries
- Be a part of an environment that fosters growth in the quantum industry and volunteer with Connected DMV, a community-focused nonprofit based in Greater Washington
