As a recognized leader in NSBE, serving in various positions over the past decade, Solomon knows how to leverage creative business practices and strategic problem solving to implement culturally responsible programming. Randall Norfleet is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a Health Information Technology Concentration. Randall currently serves as a Cybersecurity Lead for a government contractor in the Washington DC area.
Randall has been a member of NSBE since his second undergrad stint often seen advising students and recent graduates with regards to professional development since 2012. In his free time Randall enjoys traveling, playing pool, hanging out with friends, fantasy football, among other hobbies.

Jethro Dely graduated from UMass-Boston and Cleveland State University, where he obtained his graduate degree in economics. He has held several professional roles, including data scientist, economist, and analyst.
He is deeply committed to NSBE’s mission and is excited about the opportunity to serve as Treasurer. Jethro hopes to make a lasting impact on the lives of Black engineers and the broader community.

Jada Hinds recently graduated from Duke University, earning a Master of Engineering Management and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, she works at Deloitte as a Business Technology Solutions Analyst.
Jada has been an active member of NSBE since her freshman year, serving on her chapter’s executive board for four years and culminating in her role as President during her senior year. She is dedicated to supporting and connecting Black Engineers to achieve success. In her free time, Jada enjoys traveling, event planning, attending social events, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

As a self taught full stack developer who transitioned from a career in banking to pursue my
passion for technology. Through free certifications, courses, and relentless practice, I built a
strong coding foundation and successfully broke into the tech industry. Recognizing the
challenges of self-learning, I now provide mentorship to others looking to break into the industry,
sharing my knowledge and guiding them through their own journeys. My story is one of
perseverance, continuous learning, and a commitment to helping others succeed in the ever-
evolving world of technology.

Lavell Arthur Pryor is a dedicated leader with a strong commitment to the advancement of black professionals in engineering and related fields. With a background in statistics, Lavell Arthur Pryor has served as the Chicago Affiliate Lead of the International Association of Black Actuaries, Director of Operations for Blacks in Cyber Security, and President of the National Society of Engineers Pittsburgh Professional Chapter. These roles have allowed Lavell Arthur Pryor to champion diversity, inclusion, and professional growth. Passionate about empowering black professionals, Lavell Arthur Pryor is eager to contribute to the success of the National Society of Black Engineers DC Professional Chapter as CI Chair.

Lindsay Jackson is an Assistant Project Manager at an engineering and construction firm and serves as an Adjunct Professor at a community college. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Virginia State University and is currently pursuing an MBA. Outside of work and academics, Lindsay enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering, attending church, reading, and running her own small business. A passionate advocate for STEM, Lindsay has been involved with the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) since high school. STEM has been a guiding force in her life from a young age. One of her favorite quotes is, “The best way to predict the future is to invent it.” – Alan Kay.

Toma Taylor Makoundou is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a bachelor and master's degree in Computer Science from George Washington University, where she is frequently invited to lecture as a guest speaker. She holds several cybersecurity industry-recognized certifications, and is an active member of the SANS advisory board. Before founding her own company, MAKSEC, Toma gained valuable experience in offensive security and compliance working at Fortune 500 organizations. MAKSEC is a consulting firm dedicated to empowering organizations to achieve cyber resilience and compliance.

My name is Rahsaan Corbin II. I am currently an IT Software Engineer at Micron Technology and a proud graduate of Florida A&M University. Originally from Delaware County, PA, I have spent the past nine years living in St. Joseph, MI; Bellevue, WA; and Tallahassee, FL.
During my undergraduate studies, I was heavily involved with my home NSBE chapter, serving in various roles including Programs Chair, FAMU Recruitment Chair, Vice President, and President. I am extremely excited to engage with both current and prospective members and am looking forward to a fantastic year of growth for the DC Chapter!

Taylor Jackson earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech and now works as a Software Engineer in Cloud Computing at DigitalOcean, Inc., where she pioneers innovative applications and technology initiatives to empower others.
Her passion for NSBE began in high school as a NSBE Jr. member, and she continued her involvement in college, serving on her chapter’s executive board. Taylor is deeply committed to STEM, education, community engagement, and mentorship. She currently serves as an Advisor for her former NSBE Jr. chapter. In her free time, she enjoys soccer, running, and attending music festivals with friends.
