The Future Innovators Fund aims to raise money to provide scholarships and/or grants for (1) high school seniors in the Washington DC metropolitan area who plan to major in a STEM field at a four-year college or university; (2) currently enrolled college students attending local universities and majoring in a STEM field; and (3) active professionals chapter members who have extensively given their time and talents to the success of the organization. The Fund is financed with chapter fundraisers and contributions from various individuals and corporate partners. We hope, with your help, to raise $30,000 as we enter our 30th year as a chapter.
It is now more important than ever for people of color to be given access to opportunities to showcase their talent and entrepreneurial spirit. Even during times of layoffs and pandemics,
