Patriots NSBE Jr. Aerospace/Aviation Summit

We are excited to welcome your students to the Patriots Aerospace/Aviation Summit, featuring five exciting student competitions and more than 20 aerospace exhibits and hands-on experiences! The event is taking place on March 23, 2027 at Joint Andrews Air Force Base.

This is an excellent opportunity to make the Summit a STEM field trip for your students while also forming teams to represent your school in our Aerospace Competitions.

Five Aerospace Competitions
1. Air Traffic Control
2. Drone
3. Engineering
4. Flight Simulation
5. Ship Building

In addition to the competitions, students will have the opportunity to visit 20+ aerospace exhibits and interactive experiences, meet professionals in the aerospace industry, explore STEM careers, and participate in hands-on learning activities.

Start planning your field trip early! We encourage schools to begin the approval process now and identify students who would like to form teams and compete.

The kickoff event takes place on Saturday, September 19 at the Patriots Technology Gymnasium at 10 am.
